A seasoned traveler from a young age, Dan's explorations have taken him on a year-long adventure across the South Pacific, Australia, Fiji, and New Zealand. Years later, he would spend five weeks crossing the entire country of Spain and exploring the North Pacific while living on the road with his wife in their converted Suburban. Over 35 countries and endless adventures have deeply influenced his storytelling, infusing his work with a profound connection to nature and the human experience.

Dan's love for photography thrived in childhood when his father placed a camera in his hands, igniting a lifelong passion for capturing life's moments through the lens. At the age of 29, Dan made the bold decision to leave behind his corporate career to pursue filmmaking full-time, driven by his unwavering love for nature, compelling narratives, and the transformative power of cinema to inspire positive change in the world.
